The heat treatment process of InconelX-750
Inconel X-750 plate, belt, pipe supply state of the solution heat treatment system 980 °C ± 15 °C, air cooling. For the intermediate heat treatment system of materials and parts, the following processes can be selected for heat treatment.
Annealing: 955~1010 °C, water-cooled.
Annealing of welded parts before welding: 980 ° C, 1 h.
Stress relief annealing of welded parts: 900 ° C, moisturizing for 2 h.
Stress relief annealing: 885 ° C ± 15 ° C, 24 h, air cooling.

1. InconelX-750 materials are available in a wide range of bars, forgings, rings, hot rolled sheets, cold rolled sheets, strips, tubes and wires.
2. Inconel X-750 sheets and strips are generally supplied after hot or cold rolling, annealing or solid solution, pickling and polishing.
3. InconelX-750 bar, forgings and ring parts can be supplied in forged or hot rolled condition; or can be solution treated after forging; bar can be polished after solid solution or car light supply, when order is required At the time, it can be placed in the cold pull state.
4. InconelX-750 wire can be supplied in solid solution; for wire with nominal diameter or thickness below 6.35mm, it can be solid solution and supplied with 50%~65% cold tensile deformation; nominal diameter or edge Wire material longer than 6.35mm.
